The GLOW Colloquium will be immediately followed by the first Glow Spring School, at which our very own <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/web.mit.edu\/norvin\/www\/home.html\">Norvin Richards<\/a><\/strong> will teach a course on Islands (alongside an array of MIT alums also teaching at the Spring school: <a href=\"http:\/\/linguistics.sllf.qmul.ac.uk\/people\/hagit-borer\">Hagit Borer<\/a> (PhD 1981), <a href=\"http:\/\/files.nyu.edu\/pds4\/public\/\">Philippe Schlenker<\/a> (PhD 1999) and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ling.upenn.edu\/~ycharles\/\">Charles Yang<\/a> (Computer Science PhD 2000)).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations to 4th-year students Coppe van Urk and Ted Levin, who have each had a paper accepted to the next GLOW Colloquium, to be held this April in Brussels.
