Bronwyn completed her PhD in 2011, and has been a SSHRC postdoctoral fellow and a <a href=\n\"http:\/\/whamit.mit.edu\/2013\/09\/30\/bronwyn-bjorkman-wins-banting-fellowship\/\">Banting Fellow<\/a> (Canada&#8217;s \u0093Nobel Prize of post-docs\u0094) at the University of Toronto.
